At our studio the cold pressed BIO sea buckthorn juice meets honey, ginger, lavender, rosemary and sage and together they create a perfect syrup for the whole family. Immunity - a reliable friend in the cold season.
Why sea buckthorn? The sea buckthorn is a superfood whose presence in the daily diet brings many benefits to the whole body, supporting the immune system. A natural antioxidant, the sea buckthorn is rich in Omega 3, 6, 7 and 9, vitamins A, B, C, E, iron, calcium, potassium, magnesium, folic acid and beta-carotene.
Sea buckthorn Mara has the color of ripe orange peel and is harvested in early autumn. This variety is harder to grow and much less spongy, with smaller fruits, but the special aroma makes it very popular. Mara has specific aromas of peach, pineapple and apple. Slow cold pressing preserves the natural properties of sea buckthorn.

Made solely out of specialty coffee cherries, with no other ingredients, the craft cascara infusion brings the fruity flavours of the coffee cherries to virgin and alcoholic cocktails.
What is cascara? The coffee fruit is a cherry. We usually drink its roasted seeds (coffee beans); cascara is the cherry's pulp. Surprisingly, cascara tastes nothing like coffee. It has a fruity flavour and contains eight times less caffeine than the seeds. Cascara has 80 times more antioxidants than goji.

What is cinchona? Cinchona is a tree endemic to the equatorial zones, being found in the great vegetal masses of South America. Its bark, rich in natural quinine, is used by the locals for various medicinal effects such as fighting infections and
increasing work capacity.
The cinchona bark is the only natural source for quinine and the main ingredient of the authentic tonic water.
